At JoJo on the Go Fitness we offer performance training for 3 sports:
Basketball - Our Trainers will work with you to improve your speed, quickness, and endurance. We will introduce drills to improve your vertical jump, ball handling, passing, and shooting.
Volleyball – Our volleyball performance program focuses on increasing explosive power, vertical jump height, speed and agility. Volleyball players must have lower body power coupled with strength endurance to perform for the duration of a game or series of games. OUR TRAINER WILL WORK WITH YOU TO BUILD power in the legs in order to jump explosively to spike, block, set and dive.
Cheerleading (yes Cheerleading is a sport!!!) – Check out our Cheer Fit program. Are you looking to become more agile or better coordinated? Would you like to be able to jump higher and quicker? Or how about getting stronger and more powerful in your upper and lower body? This Fitness Program was developed specifically for cheerleaders. This program focuses on conditioning, strength, flexibility and range of motion. The exercises and drills included will help you develop the skills to become a better cheerleader.
