Stress Relief Stretch:
This class is for anyone looking to escape and/or alleviate the stresses of everyday life, enhance their physical and mental awareness, and improve flexibility. The environment is very laid back and peaceful which makes it easier for individuals to focus while improving flexibility. Toward the end of each session a small amount of pilates along with techniques to massage muscles in order to increase ultimate flexibility will be included. While this class may, at some points, include some yoga techniques, this is not a yoga class.
Stiletto Sculpt:
Stiletto Sculpt provides a fun workout. This class combines aerobic striptease, dancing, pilates, and flexibility techniques. Specific exercises shape the legs and lift the butt.
BUTT/ THIGH/ and AB class :
Abs:The Abs portion of the class is designed to sculpt, tighten, and strengthen the abdominal muscles. It is intense and is focused solely on decreasing belly fat and strengthening the core.
Butt&thigh: The butt and thigh portion of the class is designed to sculpt, lift, and tighten the inner thigh, outer thigh, and butt. It is focused solely on specific muscle groups.
*I typically do the “Butt/Thigh” portion of the class for the first 30 minutes and the “AB” portion the last 30 minutes. This makes it a one hour class, giving participants the option to do either one 30 minute portion or both portions if that is what’s desired.
Bikini Boot Camp:
This class is for anyone interested in maintaining an already fit body, or anyone wanting to get a total body workout which will in turn, slim, trim, and shape your body into a year- round, bikini- ready physique. This class incorporates various forms of fitness including: cardiovascular training, strength training, resistance training, pilates, and plyometrics. I encourage all fitness levels to join!
